Lunch today

Chopped tomato, cucumber and avocado with sunflower seeds with freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil. 

My dish for tonight's pot luck is underway. Tinned mock pork, which resembles cheap cat food, marinating in homemade bbq sauce.

P.S. My skewers ended up being a complete flop. I cooked them in the oven covered in the marinade and all the favour just cooked away. I was better off just dry frying the faux meat pieces.
